Thanks for pointing that out, Richard. I realise I didn’t communicate my point clearly. What I meant to say is that any future outcome—such as a takeover—will likely be shaped by the top 5 or so minority shareholders, just as it was in the previous attempt. My intention was to highlight that any similar scenario down the track would likely play out in the same way, and that shareholders like myself are essentially along for the ride.

In other words, the direction things take will ultimately come down to decisions made by key holders like the TIC founders and yourself, should you ever choose to sell. Thanks for continuing to provide insights and clarity for shareholders such as myself, and pointing out anything that is not correct.
