as to your question 4 as far as I know the remaining EF assets are all involved with the Petrohawk assignment .Due to the terms of that agreement AZZ is unable(presumably for confidentiality reasons)to disclose any commercial terms,and as such the market is speculating as to what those terms may be
This is IMO is adding to the sp weakness
