Hi Sh1n3. I don't believe the drilling is 'locked in' as such. Perhaps more a case of discussions moving ahead positively and to the point of expectations of a Q4 drill, hence the "Commencing Environmental Impact Assessment process for exploration drilling approvals". Importantly also, this would satisfy our licence obligation of having at least one well drilled by Jan.
Also, Qatar would have been mentioned in the Santana presentation due to their 27.5% interest in PEL 90 (i.e. JV partner of Sintana there). Not to say that Qatar couldn't be one of the majors having impressed interest in our PEL 87, but I don't think the presentation is giving anything away. Lastly, PCL is already operator of PEL 87. Following the farm-in, suffice to say we won't be any longer.
