So we've recently seen a poorly timed BRN company podcast attempting to 'justify' the case for exec renumeration just in advance of the AGM despite continued poor financial results. So then given hands are out for more what accountability does the BRN Chairman Mr Antonio Viana and the board take for the CEO & Co performance across the last 3.5 years and what does a scorecard of their performance look like , again asking Chatgpt for its assessment. Personally I dont have any major disagreement with it either (one N in Viana, Lol) so renumeration changes are a big NO from me, but a huge YES to a board shakeup. But again interested to hear others and their assessment.
