Help me out. the $260m /330m shares. Approximately = 80 cents per share. The 100m in scrip / 330m shares is 30 cents.
so total $1.10 per share. Not 1.20 as they claim not 1.33 and certainly not 1.55.
what am I missing if I want to liquidate as soon as deal is done and they hand us cash and script. What do I get.
