It’s hard to answer your question because obviously I don’t know what they allegedly aren’t announcing that they should be.
I’m sorry but I didn’t think the announcement of the tender for the CRO by GBA was worth announcing.
Do I think the company is somehow complicit by not announcing things? No
Do I think someone has a reason to keep the sp as low as possible ? Yes.
But I’m very sure the company would much prefer the sp higher, high enough to trigger those June options.
