I gave you a slew of examples. You need to be more specific in your time frame criteria. You don't even say on your own examples. Immediate post consolidation, most obviously do, longer-term, not necessarily so, as shown.
Again, mostly agree with the statement, most do seeing lower mkt caps net, but your claim on them all doing so, particularly without a timeframe given, is simply not true.
