There has been manipulation around the 0.011 - 0.013 mark for some time now. My uneducated opinion is that this is someone keeping the share price low on purpose. my thoughts are either a buy out of the technology or a consolidation before the brakes are released. Every time we get a positive announcement, it gets sold back down.
I'm ok with it at this stage because I see the big potential here and slowly accumulating more shares myself.
