he is in IT / Tech sales so ip would be of top importance as per OP25 first post





curious as to why he would want to stop obvious critical funding at a time when it could cause a cease of trading or wants to lock the IP to
funding

is this a smash and grab attempt at IP for a sales person with a pipeline that could easily use these solutions

or a concerned shareholder , the timing is a little opportunistic for me but all this is just my opinion

i suppose will find out soon enough
