    I wonder why they need a con note? They have cash in hand, they have a $1m facility, they’ve saved $3.5m
    through business optimisation, and they are making cash through operations. Aha - it might be a way to grab some
    cheap shares upon conversion, without jacking up the share price today, if you’re in the know. Could speak to someone being very confident in the future share price. Any thoughts?
