I implore everyone to reject management's right to be included in this raising. Richard and his team have failed every investor of this company since pulling out of the Sonic deal, and they should feel the wrath of all shareholders, many who are sitting on massive losses. They shouldn't be rewarded for their incompetence. The current share price is a direct result of going down this risky path of direct-to-consumer marketing strategy. Imo they should've been working to replace Sonic, before they pulled out of that arrangement, and I have a sneaky suspicion they were always going to pull out because of greed and the thought they can sell Promarker D directly to consumers and keep more of the profits.
