Trump is an ADHD moron, he will be focused on something else next week, like re-opening Alcatraz as a prison when it generates just under $100m as a tourist attraction. Bringing manufacturing back, which will take 2-4 years if you are lucky until the next presidency where the rules will change again or just plain busy with his many personal vendettas.
