As you love to point out, Locke did well over 12 months due diligence before deciding they would fund AVZ.

My question to you is:

How much of the negotiations and timelines of the $20million USD CATH deal did management inform SH of prior to its signing?

Do you make a connection between successful negotiations and how they play out as most people would or do you put your head in the sand and believe nothing is happening until management make an announcement?
