My biggest 3 concerns here are that:
*These firms can have too much influence over company decision making through their voting power.
*Their trading practices are always not aligned with the target company and shareholder objectives and that you never know who exactly they may be working for at any point in time .
*The common share holdings between the 3 simply complicates all of the above.
I may be old school and and my views probably reflect that status.
