they arent renters , The young kid is 16yo and his mother is buying the property . I know it can sometimes be quite difficult and protracted to get the council to initiate some sort of action against these Turkeys . If they have been legitimately approached on two occasions by a council representative and have ignored subsequent requests I would like to know how I could approach the local council and request a sound analysis when the music is playing and if their is a technical breach at least that way they have conclusive technical evidence to issue an epa or excessive noise fine . my objective is to get the council off its backside come and investigate . perform an examination when the noise is in process and issue them with a nice hefty fine . Also I am not sure whether this has any bearing but the elderly next door neighbour has an existing medical condition and goes to bed at 8.00 - 9.00pm and since this racquet has commenced he has to take medically prescribed sleeping tablets to get to sleep . I would like to set up an angle grinder at 7.00pm in the morning and do some handy work but I would like to solve this issue in a proper legal manner and hit them in the back pocket . thanks
