Hi @KeenDog. Yep, different dog, same leg action.
I haven't been following this, so just had a quick read of the recent quarterly and:
1) Saw that staff + admin/corp costs were actually 71% of total cash outflows (i.e., $671k / $941k). Double-yikes.
2) Had a good chuckle after reading the headline bullets around the JV Term Sheet 'sizzle', only to find (deeper in the quarterly) that a JV was determined by both parties to be a sub-optimal structure and that they had agreed to restructure the arrangement (p.6).

Another quick search (elsewhere) revealed that MST Access has also produced several company-sponsored analysis reports, with the most recent report reaffirming a SP target val of 17cps. GL with that.

On a positive note: Who wouldn't like a half-page pic of a nice shiny Cat D10 dozer?

Some things never change.
