I have two theories on why this is happening, Neil is attempting to keep extending because an imminent announcement on something else is coming and he wants to allow current shareholders the opportunity to access at a discount, as well as themselves…
other theory is that they’re just a bunch of useless pricks
im leaning more towards the latter given our history
