The next CR will in all likelihood be the final one leading up to construction and production. Given that we will have a project payback period of sub 12 months, my hope is that they do not go too conservative with the usual 50% equity contribution. At this price of gold 30% equity would be more than enough.
I have mixed feelings about this CR. Its success was partially due to the fact that nobody saw it coming. If the bank balance was $2m and the market could smell an imminent CR, would they have been able to snare so much $cash and would $0.30 have been achieved?
If I saw the CR coming I would obviously have sold down to buy back cheaper. However, I was fortunate to recently sell some shares at $0.40 to provide cash to exercise my 25c options- a good deal. I also sold a small number of shares @ $0.30 during the big spike and had experienced sellers remorse so I was pretty happy to get those shares back this week.
i expect the share price to break $0.40 within weeks rather than months.
