If it is to me, I make these points:-
1. MMR has 4 active projects and a 5th pending, please refer to the statuatory reports for verification. The word "tangible" does not appear in any compliance legislation, not the ASX, not the PDF act. It is an invention of yours. 2. The result of the court case in not yet known. However, there is a significant amount of information available to SH on which they can form their opinions as to the chance of success. That information is very useful for SH as it enables them to form a view as to whether they wish to buy, hold, or sell. 3. The cost/benefit analysis as to whether to commence legal action was completed months ago. FOI releases show the total cost of the Scomo case to PEP11 companies was just $150K. When a SH invests, they outsource these decisions to the BOD. If you don't like the decision, you are able to exit the investment should you be so inclined.
