You are pre-empting the outcome of the court case. I have no concerns about you taking the view the outcome may not be favourable but as you haven't provided any "tangible" evidence to support your position, I take your repetitive posts with a grain of salt.
Personally, I have extremely high conviction that Advent will win the court case which ofcourse makes your questions redundant. I would put it to you that current holders also have optimism because if they don't, the opportunity to exit has been available since February 2024 which is the latest I would have sold out if I had held that view. TBH, I would have sold out well before February 2024 but I mention that date becuase that is when it was beyond doubt that Husic was going to refuse the permit irrespective of relevant considerations.
