re: my thoughts another thought: it took the italian ages to build the first machine for australia. they apparently build a few for the american sellers of the system, but don't want to do it for them any more. what if OPM actually gets a big order, who's gonna build them in a timely and competetive manner? don't think they have any decent production, but to wait for a major contract that they can actually fill and majorly boosts the sp seems a bit far fetched. They have no money to pay for anything either ..... contracts are important, so are finance and production.

I could be wrong.....
