Also keep in mind the last time they deferred salary, it was only until the raise was done and they quickly took their back pay from the raise.
This time is different and they are still not taking salary post the recent placement and rights issue. Rather they are waiting for a sale to go through. That says to me these guys are extremely confident that this is a near term proposition.
No-one wants to go without pay and if no deals could be done, there might never be another raise so they would be grabbing the money whilst they could.
All roads point to the fact that they actually have something this time...
