Would it not have to be a Top 5 holder dumping (with that volume)? You would imagine a holder of that much stock would be very 'close to the action'.
Lets hold judgement until Ken clarifies his post shall we??
Either way cant see how the dump could in anyway be interpreted as neutral or bullish , imo.
