Seems to me that the US were the ones that just shot themselves in the foot with Trumps attitude to it's Allies, It has probably been part of the reason for the decision delays with GLE seeing as how Canada are part of that as is Australia, it will be up to the US whether they go for what is on offer or revert back to Russia (if Trump isn't Impeached?)

They could try and mend relationships with Canada or Canada could go it alone, against the US completely and pick up GLE for itself?
Will GEH stick to it's agreement with Canad, will Canada pick up GLE if the US won't?
Either way Trump has really stuffed all of this!
