They may be happy with over $0.50 but I doubt they will have any say at all in the outcome.
Claiming to hold large volumes of shares, bought in cheap and now free-held are often absolute rubbish.

Most of the noise makers got in late and paid over the odds. the chances of KoBold being swayed on its purchase offer because some clown on HC says he is happy with $X price would be very unlikely.

There is no agreement in place, which has been announced, merely a "framework", looks to have initial support of DRC gov, as all legal action should go away, support from US Gov, as asset will be in US hands.

It is about the best outcome shareholders could have asked for at this point.
Given the interest in the project, the potential downside to the DRC Gov through drawn out legal battle, there is strong motivation to ensure this happens.
AVZ have a desirable asset, with interested parties, I don't see why at any point there needs to be a fire sale.

Time will tell, I have hopes and dreams of an early retirement if it goes well.
