I work with ball park figure CCV my valuation is anything between $1.00 - $1.20
that is i already factor in a bit of margin of safety for regulations, store refurbishment, acquire old stores not going according to plan.
hopefully it goes lower and so can buy more as dividend filled the coffer from other stocks in the next month or so.
Now that doesn't mean the stock will go to $1.00 or $1.20 it can go backward it can do all sort of things, the market is a funny place....I absolutely have no idea...
All I can do is buy a business for reasonable price, hold on for a long time and collect dividend and increase
dividend inline with inflation and the stock price hopefully take care of itself when the business deliver
good earning and increase dividend ...one day when I may need the cash for something important then I will think about cashing out...
