a significant date?

I put a question to Roger montgomery last week about mld and whilst he seemed happy to continue to be holding, he highlighted the future events where a large quantity of shares come out of escrow within days of mld's largest contract coming up for renewal.

Not a concern for me as a long term holder but I'd be interested to know what others think and what date these events are due to occur.
