I wonder if a share consolidation would moves things along. Say ...1 for 10 or something.
I realise it doesnt always work and it can backfire , but check out RMI . It was flat for ages and after the consolidation its had more interest and is going up. The chart patterns between OPM and RMI are almost identical.
