Oppies at 1.7 is comedy - means theyll flip anyone near 1.7 and free carry with oppies
Gonna be a crap load of overhang - but worth the play from 0.9/1.0 to say 1.4 (40%). Just waiting to volume kicks in as this can drip feed lower if they dont get a move on...
They would need to hit some decent results to crack 1.7 or itll just get sold into and drift all the way back down again.
Yes this is a buy down here but only a 40-60% flip which is good money. Dont get stuck holding into results.
