I respect your comments, but it is not only about building the mine and the housing, which for a properly build facility is around 7 years, but in the DRC it is more about the roads, bridges, barges, rail etc that is missing. Not that it would matter if the extraction is small, but if it was to impact global supply and with the distances to port, you have a very high number of trucks on the roads to cover the distance, 24/7. That in itself is problematic, but given the 6 months rainy season, impossible in my mind, unless the road upgrades over 1500 klm are completed and they are not.
