can anyone shed any light on the convertible note??
when i spoke to the company i was pretty much left with the thoughts that the stock is uninvestable...there is still $5.5m left of a $7m convertible note that converts at the previous three day VWAP...any time the stock appears to gain a bit of momentum parts of the note are converted to FPO and sold down.
