I’m blown away by the amount they’re raising.
Diluting the stock by 30%!!!
This is catastrophic for existing holders and deeply out of alignment with what we were told were near term triggers to increase company value.
I’m shocked and very happy I’ve exited this one a month or so ago.
We need to see details urgently because this is garbage.
