Not for CSG in the CMB but for conventional it is a tad
shallow which is what KIWI was eluding to.
If the sandstones below are holding gas the coals above
can be a good seal. Once they are drilled through, even if
the well just touches the surface of the Koukandowie,
these conventional gasses can begin to release which will
give a kick to any gas readings at the bottom of the well.
