Don't know what to tell you other than, sorry, this looks to be the best deal AVZ is gonna get and the DRC showed no signs of being willing to pay any judgement. Don't know what CATL will want for their recent cash injection or if / to what extent the DRC will tax AVZ. It is a complicated mess.
