they still require data in Phase 1b to finalise for a rego Phase 2 trail. It will take all of 2025 to get data and to provide submissions etc. Expect early-late Q1 2026 for Phase 2 submission/Start.
If LC is saying early 2026 you can bet that is the earliest it will be.
