Thanks Lucretious, yes, the options were issued a little later (the prospectus says their general meeting to approve issue of options was 19 Feb 2025, I just took that date, actual issue date was supposed to be 5 days after but I don't know the exact date they were issued, just assuming).

I probably should have done this prior to asking here, but here is how ChatGPT explained it to me when I fed it the prospectus and some context, I am assuming this is correct, it seems logical to me and gives me a starting point to follow it further:

Overview of the Entitlement Offer
• Offer Type: Non-renounceable entitlement offer
• Offer Ratio: 1 new ordinary share for every 8 existing shares held
• Issue Price: AUD $0.025 per new share
• Attaching Options: 1 free option for every new share subscribed
• Option Exercise Price: AUD $0.05 per share
• Option Expiry Date: 19 February 2026 (my approximation)

Just an update to my post, I found the holding statement for the offer, it says expiry on 19 December 19 2025.

In my post I wrongly assumed Feb 19 2026 which was based on the issue date I assumed, please excuse my confusion, the image below is from my actual holding summary statement from BoadRoom Pty Ltd:
