Can someone explain to me how it will work? Won’t it destroy early stage investment in exploration companies? And start up tech and biomed etc?
In terms of management the first year post discovery saw massive WA1 gains which would have seen this tax kick in but then in year two prices declined so how is it treated? I can see massive damage to the ASX as people readjust their positions
