But I take the 1% to mean 1% of the outstanding shares. So that's a $1.2m+ in a singular transaction for DGL at the time he bought the largish parcels. As he didn't go above that in any singular transaction, but instead bought smaller parcels each time, so 604 wasn't required.
3Y is pertinent to directors. And SH lodged a 3Y each time.
So it seems all correct to me.
