"At the time of the Red 5 and Silver Lake Resources merger, Red 5's share price was approximately $0.44. Silver Lake Resources shareholders received 3.434 Red 5 shares for every Silver Lake share they held. "
As the Silverlake share price went up, or Red5 went down (cant remeber), my conversion to Red5 valued at $0.455717. I lost on the change over. Initially when the merger was anounced, I was going to break even and I believed the hype about how much better the 2 companies were going to be together. Really, it has gone up on yesterdays close by $0.025 in almost a year.
I sold out 20/6/24 in discust over the loss. I am back in now after watching it climb from $0.33 buying in at $0.49 on 22/04/25.
I am thinking that as a gold producer, it should perform well, but not so much yet, but time is normally your friend in shares
