The new Chinese director will not tolerate having his money, and the money of his Chinese friends, squandered on exorbitant pay packets and admin costs for too long. If they keep burning through the money like they are they will need to raise some more money by years end...which will mean new additions to the registry. The registry is slowly changing, so RJ's blocking votes is getting less and less powerful.

If BPT's shale well come up trumps, and a new sector is opening up, there will be even less tolerance for the dilly dallying we have seen of late. Nothing motivates more than the fear of missing the boat.
