Nebari are well-known "rug pullers" that gradually capture the register, then the board room, then pull the rug entirely leaving shareholders with nothing, and then selling the assets to other parties. TNC is a prime target for companies such as Nebari.
Would be worthwhile asking the shareholders of AUC CYM JRV AGM how Nebari worked out for them.
