I think I said this in an earlier post, but I believe the silence is because the books and forecasts look so bad, they don't want to release that detail until they have the good news to distract from it like another funding arrangement, or similar.

I recall similar before the Vic government bail out and again before the OIC nasdaq announcement.

Either way with the clarity provided by sushisushi09 above, the deadline next week seems final and is coming up real quick.
