Hi Blackkkkkk, Good afternoon (here in the US)

In my work, I routinely have to set and manage expectation with my customers and my own corporate leadership. I have a rule for how I handle it. "No one will be mad if you are a little early but no one will forget if you are even one day late" Due to that I tend to lean towards the longest lead times and pad my timelines to include inevitable delays and potential slips in timelines.
I am an optimist at heart but when it comes to dealing with Regulatory bodies (I also do that in my job) I am deliberately vague on the exact dates until something is signed off and finalized.
If we as shareholders were told that a the Type B meeting was happening on a particular date and then someone critical got the Flu and they had to reschedule, well that would be seen as a highly visible and high profile missed date by the market. I know enough, it is scheduled and I know the FDA guidelines on when it should happen so I tend to set my expectations out at the end of the stacked timeline. That way I am happy if they are early and not getting irritated that it is taking all the way to the end of that stacked timeline.
Quite honestly, I would rather then get it right then get it ASAP. This is a big moment and we all want to see it go well.
