really got that wrong? We will see . Judging by the current state of affairs in USA. The fed reserve has painted it lately into a corner with the matter - high inflation and high unemployment…. Secondly with Bessent saying the “USA will never default on its debt” must be reassuring to China that has $759 billion of us treasuries out standing on its books . Especially when Bessent mentions casually that the USA may elect to extend short term duration bonds for time and interest…. We will see. But sure , call me a loser as the gold price moderated in the last 48 hours.
