What you are saying seems logical and realistic. With an unknown current flow rate the company will need extra production in order to secure enough oil for a first shipment. IMO a larger first shipment might be needed to demonstrate to any financiers that Cuba has a commercial pathway for its oil that is worth investing in. Unfortunately, we need to remain cautious (and hopeful) that we will eventually be rewarded for our patience. Slow burn stuff but is that some light I can see appearing at the end of this long tunnel we have ventured into?
