I fully agree with your you and I believe that for the first time since the initial Gazonor deal was done in dec 07, the interests of EGL (and its shareholders) and Transcor (CNP group) are finally fully aligned.
Given the influence and reputation in the financial and energy world in Europe of CNP group (owned by the Albert Frere, one of richest and most influential businessman in Europe), I think this will significantly change the dynamic of EGL and help strenghten the Company when dealing with banks, investors and government in Europe.
For me this deal is all good news and certainly much better than I expected!
