    URA have announced this morning that they are seeking shareholder approval to issue 150m shares at no less than 80% of the share price over the previous 5 trading days. My first reaction was to leave town straightaway. However, should they get some good news resulting in a share price rise to say, 6c, they would end up with a reasonable bankroll to continue their exploration activities. Perhaps I'll stay at the bar a little longer.
