Consolidation has been mentioned by board but only when the SP is significantly higher then what it is currently at.

The reason for oppies being where they are at the moment is because the heads can easily go down/up and have recently been going down. The extra leverage works both ways so people are in general less keen to buy oppies until the heads move north solidly.

There is a general feeling of unease floating about of a CR, which if offered at a discount to current SP will not bode well for oppies.

On the flip side, if no CR happens and heads move north, the oppies are going to give you the biggest gains for short term trading and even bigger gains over long term, providing the company doesn't fold.
