The Strategy is positive.
The Time Frame is NOT. The Market will only see this as a possible turn around if a Major enters EXR, Stuart and the board buys on Market a substantial amount.. and when Neil leaves the building(he's got a lot of stock and also his company Golden Horde) which at one stage he will cause the price to flactuate on trading/selling it.......
Needs a strong house here and plenty of $$$$ not that one which is only used by small specs and rips off companies and retailers.....
Maybe Stuart is in the process to make it real...... see if he can walk the walk and talk the talk.... the only and major issue here is $$$$$$$$$ EXR neds plenty of Cash and will need a CR in Sept/Oct non brainer......
