Ann: EVS enters into Scheme Implementation Deed with Ideagen, page-3

I just sold out. I bought in in 2024 simply as a takeover play and the upside appears small for waiting another 3 months or so now. There could always be another bidder, but it's been a great short term return (over 50%) for me and I think Hitachi is on the board and the board has unanimously recommended the offer in the absence of a superior proposal. Hitachi will have made a great return on its investment and still is working with the business. I am not sure they need to own the business to benefit from its capabilities. Anyway good luck to all holders from here. I feel EVS had great potential but just didn't hit its straps.
